Madras Beef Curry

INTRODUCTION

This is a Madras Beef Curry, this is very yummy and at the same time this is very tasty.   I love this so much the taste of this Madras Beef Curry is very tasty. This is very wonderful dish that I ever tasted and made. This is really terrific because the taste of this Madras Beef Curry is very perfect. I love this dish so much.

Ingredients
800 g chuck steak, blade steak or similar
trimmed and cut into 2 cm cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or ghee
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2-3 tablespoons Madras curry powder
2-3 tablespoons white vinegar
¼ cup tomato paste
1 cup beef stock

Method
Add vinegar to Madras curry powder and stir to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in large saucepan; add onion, ginger and garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until onion is golden brown.
Add curry paste and stir for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Stir in meat and cook until browned all over.
Add tomato paste and stock. (Stock should just cover meat.)
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for approximately one hour, stirring occasionally, and then uncovered for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
