Dairy Free Chocolate Cake

INTRODUCTION

I made some Dairy Free Chocolate Cake for my daughter’s birthday. Instead of buying an expensive chocolate cake, if you can make it just make it. This Dairy Free Chocolate Cake is very tasty because of the every ingredients that is here in the cake. This is something too different to the other Dairy Free Chocolate Cake. I like this so much

Ingredients
1½ cups plain flour, sifted
¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
⅓ cup olive or canola oil
1 cup water
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a round cake tin or a 12 hole muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, place the sugar, then sift in the flour and cocoa. Place the bicarbonate of soda on top and add the vinegar, essence, salt, oil and water.
Using a balloon whisk, stir all ingredients until well combined. Do not over mix.
Pour mixture into cake tin or muffin trays. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes or the muffins for 20 minutes.
