Dark and White Chocolate Brownies

INTRODUCTION

This is a Dark and White Chocolate Brownies, this brownies is made by my aunt. She is my favorite aunt since I was a child because she is so kind and she always prepare a wonderful food in us. Last week she prepared a Dark and White Chocolate Brownies, this is so delicious. I know that everyone will love this Dark and White Chocolate Brownies.
Ingredients
175 g butter, chopped, plus some more for greasing
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1⅓ cups caster suger
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup and 2 tablespoons plain flour
60 g white chocolate chips
60 g dark chocolate chips
60 g chopped walnuts
Method
Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 23 cm square tin. Line the base with baking paper, leaving some hanging slightly over the edges, so it is easier to remove.
In a pot, heat the butter, cocoa and sugar over a low heat, until it is melted. Allow to cool completely.
Add the remaining ingredients, and stir to combine.
Pour into the prepared tin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brownie is starting to firm around the edges.
Remove from the oven, and leave it to cool in the tin completely, then cut into twelve squares.
