Crock Pot Roast Beef

INTRODUCTION

This is a Crock Pot Roast Beef, this is the perfect dish to everyone. This is a family favorite, the beef is so yummy and at the same time this is really terrible. This is so different to the other Crock Pot Roast Beef that I’ve tasted. This is not that difficult because the following ingredients are all available in the store and this is not that hard to follow the instruction

Ingredients
Olive oil
1 piece beef
Salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons beef stock
2 teaspoons mustard powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup red wine
½ cup water
2 tablespoons roast meat gravy powder
Method
Rub meat with oil, salt and pepper and brown in fry pan.
Place onion, celery and garlic in crock pot.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour over roast set to low and cook until done as desired.
Remove roast from crock pot.
Strain liquid into saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook until reduced then add gravy powder and stir until thickened.

Crusty Beef Casserole

INTRODUCTION

A family favorite that my grand mother left before she passed away, this is a Crusty Beef Casserole. The beef in this recipe is good and this is also so tasty. You can prepare this in the parties, this is a great Crusty Beef Casserole that she made. My mother cooks this also because she was taught by my grandmother. This is really delicious and gratifying.

Ingredients
1 kg beef blade or flank steak trimmed of fat, cut into 6 x 4 cm pieces
Sauce
3 tablespoons plain flour
1½ teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon baking soda
1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1½ tablespoons vinegar
1½ cups tomato juice
½ cup water
Crusty topping
French bread, cut in 1 cm slices
25 g soft butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
1 tablespoon French mixed mustard
Chopped chives, garlic chives or parsley

 

Method
Place beef in a shallow casserole dish.
Pour the combined sauce ingredients over the meat. Cover tightly.
Bake at 160°C for 2 hours.
Crusty topping: Spread bread with combined butter, garlic, mustard and chives.
Arrange bread, butter side up on meat pushing slices firmly down to soak up juices.
Return uncovered casserole to oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden.

My mother and my father make a Crusted Beef Casserole for my visitors in the house. They usually make this one so they always perfect this wonderful Crusted Beef Casserole. When my friends eating this yummy Crusted Beef Casserole dish, they said that this is so great and they want more. They also to have this in the house, my mother gave the ingredients of this Crusted Beef Casserole to them so that they will  be try to cook this Crusted Beef Casserole.

Ingredients
750 g minced beef
2 cups water
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 tablespoons dry rolled oats
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
Salt
Crust
1 cup self-raising flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 chopped, onion
2 eggs, separated
1½ cups milk
2 tablespoons oil

 

Method
Cook mince with water, tomato sauce, salt, onion and carrot.
Add dry rolled oats and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Place cooked meat in a casserole dish.
Crust: Sift flour. Add beaten egg yolks and milk.
Stir into flour and oats.
Add oil and stir until smooth.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture and pour over meat in dish.
Bake at 180 C for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot with vegetables.

I like and I love Curry Beef Casserole so much I usually make this because my mother like this Curry Beef Casserole too. This is so great and this is also so nice, the taste of this ingredients is so good. My kids loves this so much because of the great and the perfect taste of this wonderful Curry Beef Casserole dish. This is so great and this is also so fantastic, I love it the way it cooks especially the beef, it i so tender and it is so tasty.

Ingredients
1 kg chuck or gravy beef, cut into 2-3 cm cubes
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons curry powder
2½ cups beef stock
1 x 400 mL can coconut milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Method
Place beef in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix well.
Heat a large fry pan over medium-high heat.
Brown the beef in batches. Remove and place in casserole dish.
Reduce heat, add a little oil to same pan, then add onion and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring.
Sprinkle with curry powder and stir until onion is coated.
Gradually stir in stock and coconut milk and continue to stir until boiling.
Add to casserole dish and stir to combine ingredients.
Place the casserole dish on stove top over low heat, partially cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until meat is tender. Add water if necessary.

This is a Curry Beef Pasta, this is so yummy and this is also perfect in parties and in picnics. This is really great and this is also fantastic because of the taste of this Curry Beef Pasta recipe. The combination of the ingredients is well blend. It is actually a family favorite since I was a little girl. The taste of this Curry Beef Pasta dish is so yummy, the beef gives more delicious taste in the pasta. This is so great and we usually have this anytime we want.

Ingredients
250 g large pasta spirals, uncooked
1 tablespoon oil
500 g lean beef mince
1 medium grated carrot
1 medium onion, diced
1 small capsicum, diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 x 410 g tins Indian-style chopped tomatoes with curry spices
1 x 430 g tin condensed tomato soup
¾ cup lite tasty cheese, grated
Method
In a large saucepan, cook pasta, then strain in colander.
In same pan, add oil, mince, carrot, onion, capsicum and garlic. Cook until mince has browned.
Add canned tomatoes and tomato soup then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in pasta and cheese.

 

Delicious Roast Beef

INTRODUCTION

Do you want some Roast Beef, this is the right Roast Beef like us we want it then we try it. My father made this recipe last week, this is very tasty and the taste of this Roast Beef is so delicious. This is so wonderful and this is also fabulous because of the taste, the taste of this Roast Beef is so terrific. My brothers and my sister like this so much because of the taste.

Ingredients
1 beef roast
¼ cup vegetable oil or spray oil
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
2 teaspoons garlic paste
Method
Preheat oven to 210°C.
Mix mustard, jam and garlic together in a cup and baste roast all over with a spoon.
Coat the bottom of a roasting pan with oil.
Place roast into pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes to seal the outside.
Reduce temperature to 140-150°C and slow roast meat for approximately 4-5 hours. For rarer beef, cook for less time.
Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.

 

Easy Stroganoff

This Easy Stroganoff is quite hard to prepare but all your efforts will be worthy because the taste of this recipe is really gratifying and that is the reason why this Easy Stroganoff is my favorite.  It really suit my taste buds and it just completes my day because it has a heavenly taste which I really love.  I know that you will also like this recipe.

 

 

Ingredients
200 g beef steak of choice, sliced into 1 cm wide pieces
¼ cup plain flour
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon paprika, extra
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, sliced or grated
1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
100 g mushrooms, halved or sliced
Juice of ½ large lemon, or to taste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 beef stock cubes, crumbled
1 tablespoon paprika, preferably smoked
150 mL cream, or to taste
1 shallot, chopped
Chopped chives (optional)

 

Method
Add salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon paprika to the flour, mix well.
Coat the beef pieces in the seasoned flour and brown in the oil lightly.
Add onion, cook until translucent.
Add garlic, if using, and mushrooms, cook for a minute.
Add the lemon juice and deglaze the bottom of the pan a little.
Add the tomato paste, stock cubes, paprika and cream, stir until combined. Turn the heat down and simmer with the lid on until the meat is tender and the vegetables cooked through.
Add the chopped shallot and chives, if using, and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve with rice.

Madras Beef Curry

This is a Madras Beef Curry, this is very yummy and at the same time this is very tasty.   I love this so much the taste of this Madras Beef Curry is very tasty. This is very wonderful dish that I ever tasted and made. This is really terrific because the taste of this Madras Beef Curry is very perfect. I love this dish so much.

Ingredients
800 g chuck steak, blade steak or similar
trimmed and cut into 2 cm cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or ghee
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2-3 tablespoons Madras curry powder
2-3 tablespoons white vinegar
¼ cup tomato paste
1 cup beef stock

Method
Add vinegar to Madras curry powder and stir to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in large saucepan; add onion, ginger and garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until onion is golden brown.
Add curry paste and stir for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Stir in meat and cook until browned all over.
Add tomato paste and stock. (Stock should just cover meat.)
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for approximately one hour, stirring occasionally, and then uncovered for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.

Malaysian Beef Rendang

INTRODUCTION

I am a lover of beef so that I make this Malaysian Beef Rendang for my birthday bash. Most of my guests approach me on how can I make this Malaysian Beef Rendang because this is really tasty even the kids like the taste of this dish. I love the way it cooks because it is not that easy so that this Malaysian Beef Rendang is very gratifying.

Ingredients
2 kg diced beef
Oil for frying
20 dried chillies
10 fresh chillies
3 tablespoons rendang powder
2 x 440 g cans coconut cream
1 L milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
5 potatoes, cubed
3 cinnamon sticks
14 cloves
5 star anise, broken up
10 cardamom pods
20 curry leaves
1 large red onion, chopped finely
8-10 cloves garlic
Method
Process fresh spices in grinder but not salt, sugar, chillies, anise, garlic or cinnamon.
Fry garlic and spices in oil then brown meat and potatoes in spices.
Add rendang powder and stir well.
Add coconut cream, milk, water, salt and sugar and stir well.
Simmer uncovered for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Cover if drying out too much.
Remove large spices such as chillies and cinnamon sticks.
Serve with rice, poppadoms, and natural yoghurt.
